KBJ is a boutique management company representing the cream of the UK’s broadcasting talent. The agency was founded in 2000 by Joanna Kaye as a sister company to PBJ Management, specialising in TV presenters and news broadcasters. Joanna was joined by Tracey MacLeod in 2003, and they ran the company together for over 20 years, with a dedicated team of colleagues led by Theia Nankivell. In 2025, Joanna stepped back from agenting to become KBJ’s Chair, with Alex Fane joining the Board. KBJ is a full-service agency, offering its clients support across a wide range of activities including broadcasting, literary, podcasting, brand partnerships, corporate appearances, digital and live. Our specialist sister agency, VOBJ, represents out clients for voiceover work.
