The Maple Street Bistro has been serving delicious espresso drinks and housemade baked goods in North Spokane since 2007. Betty and Emily purchased the Maple Street Bistro in July of 2019. The ladies met while working together in the insurance industry and realized they had both worked in coffee and shared the same dream of one day owning a coffee shop. The Maple Street Bistro was the perfect opportunity to make that dream a reality. Betty and Emily are passionate about serving high quality espresso, fresh baked goods, and tasty sandwiches while providing the friendliest service to our customers. Each day our bakers prepare fresh old-fashioned bagels, cinnamon rolls, scones, muffins, pecan sweet rolls, cookies, and many other treats to pair with our handcrafted espresso drinks. Try one of our delicious breakfast sandwiches or lunch paninis, served on your choice of our fresh variety of bagels or housemade garlic focaccia bread.
