Hi, I am Katharina - Certified mediator and conflict consultant. As a people manager, are you facing tensions in your organisation that are stressing those involved and damaging your performance as a team? Through mediation, coaching, consulting and training, I support start-, scale- and grown-up companies to deal with conflicts in challenging and fast-paced work environments more confidently and to resolve them successfully.
