Kasper Consulting (www.kasperconsulting.com), is a small boutique company. We are a group of professionals who offer our expertise in Information Technology (IT) and Business Process consulting to our clients from our real-life experiences of working as CIOs, CTOs, Operations Heads, etc. in companies such as Citibank, NA, Max New York Life Insurance, etc. From our experience in working in the corporate world, we have seen that there is usually an understanding gap between the Business End Users and IT. Neither understands each other's domain. The Business End Users are expected to perform tasks that they have little experience on - tasks, such as preparing the business requirements document, or evaluating IT applications, or doing the user acceptance test. They are also usually busy in their day-to-day tasks and therefore are not able to devote quality time to IT projects. We, in Kasper Consulting, bridge this gap with the help of our Techno-functional Consultants who are more 'functional' than 'techno'. We have helped the Business End Users of our clients perform the tasks that are typically required to be done by them in a complex deployment of an IT application. 3. Many times, a client is looking for an IT solution – and does not know which one to go for as all vendors claim their solution to be the best. We have helped our clients do an evaluation of the IT solutions to select the right one for their business. 4. We have re-engineered the business process workflows and prepared the “to-be” process workflows for our clients. 5. And many more ...
