Kaskaskia Tool & Machine (KTM) is located in the Midwest (St. Louis metro area), family owned and was established in 1971. We provide products for Aerospace, Oil & Gas, and industrial equipment manufactures. KTM has a diverse manufacturing capabilities that include 14 machining mill and turning centers including 6 machines with 4th axis rotary tables. In the Midwest, KTM has the largest Blanchard grinder (129.5" swing) and Mattison Surface grinder (42" x 144"). Other large equipment includes CNC machining centers with 45" x 90" capacity and horizontal boring mills up to 8ft x 12ft travel. With these manufacturing capabilities, we process steel, aluminum, plastic, titanium, heat resistant high nickel steel. The KTM facility is 30,000 sq ft that has lifting crane bays up to 12 ton. KTM prides our self by providing our customers great service and quality. We control our processes by maintaining an ISO9001/AS9100 quality and management system.
