Karuna is a new kind of property development company - one built on compassion as much as commercial sense. We exist for a single, measurable purpose: to help eradicate childhood bed poverty and ensure no child is forced to sleep on a floor, sofa, or pile of clothes. Our model is simple: We develop property. We create value and profits for investors. But a third of the profits fund beds for children who don’t have one. Working in partnership with specialist organisations, local councils, and charities, we convert buildings into quality homes while directly supporting the children and families who need help most.
