Karoleena designs and manufactures premium homes in a climate controlled facility. Homes are built in Kores, and once the Kores are approximately 90% complete each are shipped and craned onto site for assembly. The benefits of this construction method include: - Shortened total build time; - More accurate time & cost estimate of projects; and - Higher build quality in a controlled environment. Some of the highlights of Karoleena’s proprietary construction process include the following: - Natural Modern Designs; - Proprietary steel frame; - Ultra-efficient building envelope and insulation system; - High efficiency mechanical systems; - High quality windows, doors, fixtures, cabinetry and countertops; and - Up to 10.5 foot ceilings. Once a building is craned onto site and completed there is really no way to tell that the building wasn't built as one unit. Each home is produced with an individualized serial number and built in accordance with the local building codes and CSA.
