It forms and incubates Focused Learning Companies (FLCs) to address the learning, skill-development and training needs of specific industry and sectors identified by market opportunities, National Skill Development Corporation and other national agencies. Each FLC delivers scalable and effective learning experiences using cutting edge distribution technology and multimedia content and is led, angel-funded and guided by key experts and influencers from within that industry segment. KEN acts as a de-facto holding company for the FLCs. It provides the FLCs a common shared-services platform where efficiencies and scale economies are critical.
