KARK-TV, Virtual Channel 4 & KLRT-TV, Virtual Channel 16 are both television stations in Little Rock, Arkansas, United States, affiliated with NBC & FOX, It is owned by Nexstar Media Group alongside MyNetworkTV affiliate KARZ-TV, Virtual Channel 42, and also owned-and-operated station of the affiliate of CW, KASN, Virtual Channel 38 under a local marketing agreement with Mission Broadcasting, The four stations share studios at the Victory Building on West Capitol Avenue & South Victory Street in Downtown Little Rock, KARK-TV & KLRT-TV's transmitter is located in Shinall Mountain. KARZ-TV's transmitter is located at the Shinall Mountain antenna farm, near the city's Chenal Valley Neighborhood & KASN's transmitter is located at the Redfield Tower two miles west of Redfield in Grant County.
