Having just started its operations with 4 centers across Delhi, we aim to expand our business in the Northern and western regions of the country. We are building up an extensive branch network covering not only cities but extending its arm to semi urban and rural areas. We aim for financial inclusion covering people who are at the bottom of the pyramid. Our range of products and services cover the entire gamut of retail finance like loans against gold, shares, mutual funds and low cost houses as well as unsecured products like personal loans. Fee based activities like selling third party insurance, forex and money transfer will also be an area of focus. Our branch network is supported by distribution channels like call centers, field sales personnel and strategic alliances. Risk mitigation will happen through state of art analytics and the same tools will be used to assess customer behavior. A combination of sophisticated technology platform and experienced personnel will be the basis of success.
