Karan Group is an integrated Indian manufacturing and export group for mats and matting solutions across natural fibres, rubber and advanced synthetic materials. We help global retail, commercial and institutional buyers source across multiple mat categories through one connected manufacturing ecosystem-bringing together material expertise, manufacturing control and dependable export execution. Karan Group is the shared market-facing identity of three established companies: William Goodacre & Sons India Pvt Ltd, The Alleppey Company Ltd and The Kerala Balers Pvt Ltd. Each contributes specialised capabilities while working together as one coordinated manufacturing platform. Our experience has evolved from natural-fibre craftsmanship and mechanised coir processing to weaving, rubber moulding, tufting and digital-printing technologies. Today, our portfolio includes home and lifestyle mats, commercial entrance systems, anti-fatigue and safety mats, drainage and food-service mats, utility mats, logo mats and customer-specific solutions. Our material capabilities span coir, jute, coir-rubber, rubber, recycled rubber, nylon, polypropylene, polyester, recycled PET and TPE constructions. Beyond manufacturing, we support customers through product and design development, sampling, assortment planning, scalable production, quality control and buyer-specific programme execution. This gives buyers greater range flexibility, consistent repeat supply and simpler sourcing across the mats and matting category. Our manufacturing ecosystem supports approximately 2,000 TEUs of annual export volume and is backed by ISO 9001:2015 and SA8000 certifications, SCAN-compliant systems and 300+ registered product designs across India, Europe and the United States. We continue to build on established manufacturing heritage by investing in materials, technology, responsible operations and long-term customer partnerships.
