KAPtraining Information

We provide essential training services to case management companies and organizations by creating and leveraging learning opportunities for adult students based on new technologies, sound teaching methodologies and communication. Our goal is to help clients attain sufficient skills and credentials in order to compete successfully in the labour market. Our program is a collaborative process of assessment, planning, facilitation, training coordination, evaluation, and reporting. • We assess a client’s training readiness and education-related needs. • We assist in the identification of realistic and achievable education objectives. • We develop a training Action Plan in order to support the client and achieve education objectives. • We provide the training and support in order to help the client achieve their education objectives. • We support and monitor client progress through regular follow up to Action Plan completion and until the client has successfully achieved their education objectives.
