Architectural office Kapov was founded in Split 1995. and since then continuously operates today. The architectural office operates in two locations – in Zagreb and Split. The offices main activity is building design, – residential, commercial, touristic and public buildings. Including project management throughout all stages, from analyses and preliminary designs, to complete design documentation as well as obtaining necessary building permits. In our work we follow modern trends in reflecting architecture, using the latest building technology and by also achieving energy efficient buildings. We believe that each project entrusted to us, deserves a individual approach and full creative engagement of our office. Our goal is achieved only if work on the created design is achieved by mutual trust with the client and the final results are to satisfy the client as well as the design team. We are especially proud of the large number of our realized projects, as well as of those which are under realization. We believe that just built projects make a difference, showing the continuity of our work, as well as the persistence and seriousness in realizing our ideas, with all challenges that the process of designing and building brings.
