Our mission is to empower and inspire communities to reach their full potential through economic development and promotion of the entrepreneurial spirit. Kapoks helps to create opportunities for communities throughout North, Central and South America. We support the development of community driven programs that are conceived and developed by locals. Kapoks also support the development of new and existing entrepreneurial ventures in communities we serve. Support comes through the identification and training of a free and confidential business coach that facilitates team building and connects entrepreneurs to local and regional resources. Kapoks is growing a network of supporters that believes in the capacity for communities to identify and address their own needs. Supporters also acknowledge that in every community entrepreneurs exist that possess the passion to bring their own business ideas to life.
