Kaplan, Plavin & Steinhardt, LLP (KPS) was formed in the early 1950's by David Kaplan and Samuel Plavin. Harvey Plavin succeeded his father and guided its growth for several decades. David Steinhardt joined the firm in 1987 and became a partner in 1995. The firm continued to grow under the management of Harvey and David. Today, David Steinhardt manages the firm with an experienced and dedicated team of professionals.
