Kapitza Information

Kapitza is a London-based studio founded by artist and designer sisters Petra and Nicole Kapitza. We create art-driven wayfinding and spatial systems that help people feel oriented, calm and connected inside complex environments. Through colourful geometric artworks, colour architecture and pattern-based visual languages, we embed navigation directly into buildings — transforming spaces into intuitive, legible experiences rather than relying on signage alone. Our work spans hospitals, campuses, workplaces and public venues, where we design environments that reduce confusion, support wellbeing and create strong spatial identity. We believe that joyful art, colour and geometry can make spaces more understandable — and more human.
