Hong Yip Service Company Limited was established as a wholly owned subsidiary of Sun Hung Kai Properties Ltd. in 1967, we remain one of Hong Kong´s foremost specialist property and facilities management companies. Today, we also provide management services to such landmark developments by Sun Hung Kai Properties as Peak One, Aria, The Latitude, Manhattan Hill, Noble Hill, Harbour Place, Royal Peninsula, No.127 Repulse Bay Road and Le Sommet. In providing such prestigious management services for our group projects, we currently also oversee the successful running of The Woodland in Zhong Shan and The Arch in GuangZhou, PRC.
