Kaneka Aerospace LLC (“Kaneka Aerospace”) is a subsidiary of Kaneka Corporation, a multi-billion dollar chemical company with 70 years of history. Kaneka Aerospace was established in September 2017 after Kaneka acquired Applied Poleramic Inc., a formulated advanced resin supplier in the aerospace area with over 25 years of history in the composites industry. In January 2018, Kaneka Aerospace acquired Henkel Corporation’s portfolio of benzoxazine based high-performance composites business, further expanding its technology and product portfolio. Kaneka Aerospace recently invested in an in-house prepreg production line, which vertically integrates our unparalleled formulation expertise and resin manufacturing capabilities with prepreg production. Currently, Kaneka Aerospace products are offered in the form of formulated resins, prepregs, and adhesive films.
