KAMS: A Premier Toy and New Mother’s Needs Retail Chain Founded by Waleed Azab in 2001, KAMS quickly became a leading destination for families in Egypt, specializing in toys and essential products for new mothers. Over nearly two decades, KAMS expanded to 10 strategically located stores, including locations in Cairo, 6th of October, Alexandria, the North Coast, and Hurghada. Despite the economic challenges faced during 2011, KAMS successfully launched two new stores, demonstrating resilience and commitment to growth. KAMS consistently focused on innovation and modernization to maintain its status as the preferred destination for children and families. The brand was recognized for its well-curated product offerings and developmentally appropriate children's activities, enhancing the overall customer experience. In January 2019, the Azab Family strategically exited both ownership and management of KAMS, facilitating a smooth transition to new leadership. This marked the end of an era for the brand under their leadership, which lasted for 18 years. Under the Azab Family’s guidance, KAMS, as part of the Azab Group founded in 1984 by Mr. Youssef O.
