Working on rifles from the age of 15, the first complete Kampfeld Custom rifle was built nearly 10 years ago using his own custom cartridge, the 25-06 Kampfeld. Karl's machining experience exceeds 20 years, including 4 years as an apprentice and 15 years as a Journeyman mold maker. He has 10 years each working with manual & CNC machines. Karl is experienced with CNC vertical & horizontal machining centers, as well as CNC 4 axis EDM's and as an off shift welder.
