KAMJZ was established in 2012 by Maciej Jakub Zawadzki and Kurylowicz & Associates to pursue international competitions and commissions in the fields of architecture and urbanism. Experience in designing conceptual projects and completed works of various scales, programs and locations allows us to achieve in every aspect the best performance of created buildings and master plans.Challenges such as site conditions, budgets, schedules, codes, and politics become opportunities that can help to produce the most innovative solutions. Maciej Jakub Zawadzki MJZ, acknowledged by the Wallpaper Magazine in the Graduate Directory, gained experience during his work in the best Polish and international architectural offices. In 2011 his project, Miami Pier Museum of Latin American Immigrants in Florida, was nominated for the prestigious Building of the Year Award in the World Architecture Festival in Barcelona. As a result of his previous experience he formed the design group MJZ in Warsaw. Kurylowicz & Associates K&A is a renowned Polish architectural studio with offices in Warsaw and Wroclaw. It consists of 85 employees: experienced architects, engineers, sustainable and structural consultants, who are present in all phases of each project. The portfolio of the company includes built work and a number of conceptual projects. They received numerous awards and were featured in various publications. In 2010 K&A was honored with Forbes Diamond Award for best managed companies.
