Hrvatska Elektroprivreda (HEP Group) is a national electricity company which has been engaged in electricity production, transmission and distribution for more than one century, and with heat supply and gas distribution for the past few decades. HEP Group is organized in the form of a holding company with a number of daughter companies. The parent company of the Group, HEP d.d., performs the function of HEP Group corporate management and guarantees the conditions for the secure and reliable electricity supply to customers. Within HEP Group there is a clear division (managerial, accounting, legal) of companies which perform regulated activities (transmission and distribution) from non-regulated ones (generation and supply).

The beginning of forming the TIS GRUPA dates 30 years back, and it was legally founded in 1989. TIS GRUPA has its headquarters in Zagreb, and two other TIS companies in Maribor and London. The primary activity of the company is the global transfer of knowledge of our principals to users. We follow new trends, promote and offer innovative business solutions, responding to new challenges and we work as one of the leading regional companies.
