Its mission: to set up collaborative working methods, piloting the documentary activity of the project, quality control of documents, monitoring their status and deadlines, monitoring documentary planning and producing relevant dashboards for better control of deadlines, risks, and quality DOE delivery. Our services: METHODS: Depending on the constraints of your project, we will define the methods (rules and codifications) for the transmission and exchange of your documents between the different players, whatever the collaborative solution chosen. MONITORING: Throughout your project, our experts will ensure compliance with the quality standards put in place, while adapting to changes based in your needs. INDICATORS: We will set up, through reporting, the indicators that will allow you to manage your project documents and manage risks: delays, penalties, stress, etc. DOEs DELIVERY : Continuous monitoring of documents will facilitate a quality DOE creatio which will be delivered upon the end of the project.
