Community First Health Plans is proud to offer high quality health care coverage for individuals and families. We believe that everyone deserves access to services and supports needed to live a healthier life. As the only locally owned and managed, non-profit health plan in the San Antonio area and surrounding counties, our mission is to not only improve the health outcomes of our Members, but also the overall health of our community. A portion of all Community First’s proceeds goes directly into improving the community we are a part of.

Empower Health Services exists to provide clients and participants with a reliable and outstanding health screening experience. On-site services, delivered by a dedicated team of medical professionals, are at the heart of what makes EHS different. EHS creates quality screening programs that vary from the cookie-cutter approach of other large providers and insurance companies. EHS is a Shortlister-approved wellness company offering on-site biometric screenings, off-site screenings through national lab partners, vaccination services, and online health programming. The EHS team works with each client to tailor successful wellness initiatives based on their unique needs.
