You have not failed. Your care has been fragmented. Kairos is an integrated pain relief and recovery center in San Antonio, with locations in Alamo Ranch and Stone Oak. Most people who come to us have already tried things. Physical therapy, chiropractic, massage, injections. Some of it helped for a while. None of it held. That is usually not because the treatments were wrong. It is because each one addressed a piece, and nobody looked at the whole pattern. We do it in the other order. Our PT leads a full assessment across five systems: structural tension, movement patterns, inflammation and tissue healing, nervous system regulation, and the medical factors that can complicate healing. Then we build one prescribed plan and coordinate the therapies that pattern actually requires, in communication with your own physician. Who we work with: people recovering from surgery or injury, athletes and active adults whose injuries keep returning, and people whose pain has persisted despite trying everything.
