Kagome offers a specialist approach to personal and team development in the workplace, to leadership and to change, working through coaching and facilitation. Kagome supports individuals to find their own strength from the many strands of their personality, their understanding, their emotions, their skills, their performance, their potential and their imagining. Kagome builds and strengthens the connections in this lattice-work of influences on how we act, to provide insight and awareness - awareness of the self and of the environment. Applying our carefully chosen techniques we work to find each individual or group's own best contribution - their best ability to act, their agency, their best performance for the business. This takes challenge and support, it takes creativity and dynamism, and it builds on the individual's authority, presence and impact. 'Advances in neuroscience' are easily claimed as the basis for such processes. We take the evidence-base for our approaches seriously and are committed to our learning as well as yours. Our learning from the neuroscience has informed our approaches to personal emotional control, self-awareness, relaxation and stress reduction, concentration and focus. Graham (MA Oxon) is a qualified Executive Coach (Senior Practitioner, Strathclyde) and MBTI practitioner, registered with EMCC. Interested in the application of new learning (especially in neuroscience) to personal development in the workplace, his work has long been about the application of developmental practice in practical environments - making real change possible. His approach has evolved over several years, resulting from experience working with a variety of high-level clients, often at Board level in the public and private sectors, including professional services. He has worked as a leader and manager in public service provision at CEO level and nationally, and as a founding Director of Fontis (a Social Enterprise) promoting a new relationship between the public and their public services. Kagome is a Coaching and Facilitation Service provided by an expert group brought together by Graham English.
