Most asset-intensive organisations are sitting on a goldmine of asset and operational data they can't unlock, and a GenAI opportunity nobody can yet put a number against. Strategy → prototype → data → value. That's the loop, iterated fast and often to build sustainable foundations alongside regular release of capability, with a strong focus on adoption by the business to realise benefits.
