Guided by our mission to make every cup with care, we source premium coffee beans from carefully selected coffee-growing regions around the world. Roasted in our own roastery, each bean is handled with attention and respect to ensure consistent quality and a great coffee experience in every cup. Our menu offers a wide range of handcrafted hot and cold beverages, complemented by freshly prepared food and sweets from our own bakery. Everything we serve is delivered with care by our friendly baristas, who are at the heart of everything we do. Our people are the foundation of Espresso House, and many team members have grown into true ambassadors for the brand, developing both personally and professionally along the way. Founded in 1996, Espresso House Group has grown into a leading premium coffeehouse brand in the Nordics. Today, we are proudly established in five countries: Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, and Germany.

The story of Ilse Jacobsen Hornbæk began in 1993 when Ilse Jacobsen opened her first store in the picturesque seaside town of Hornbæk. Known for its stunning natural surroundings, close to both forest, sea, and beach, Hornbæk has always been a constant source of inspiration for our founder and remains at the heart of our brand today. Ilse Jacobsen Hornbæk has grown into a global lifestyle brand, distributing its unique universe across the world. Our extensive portfolio includes rainwear, outerwear, second layers, footwear, rubber boots, and clothing and such as dresses and shirts. From humble beginnings, we have seen significant growth and are now represented in more than 30 countries worldwide.

We roast coffee daily and ship directly to wholesale customers, our own coffee shops, subscribers and webshop customers. And yet, freshly roasted coffee is just a small part of the equation. We source coffee directly from the farmer for two main reasons. To guarantee we get the best green beans, and to make sure the farmer is rewarded for the high quality coffee. It is actually quite simple. For the farmer to continue to produce specialty coffee, he or she should be paid extra for the hard work. In our opinion, enduring quality in coffee starts with financial stability for the farmers. To make a difference, we believe that we have to start with ourselves by making coffee experiences that contributes to this development. Founded in 2007, Coffee Collective is to this day 100% owned and run by Peter N. Dupont, Casper Engel Rasmussen and Klaus Thomsen. With several competition awards in the bag, including gold in both the World Barista Championship and World Cup Tasting championships, we continue to explore exciting coffee experiences.
