The construction programmes include a number of new builds academic, research and residential developments, and major refurbishments of retained teaching and administration facilities. In addition, significant Infrastructure projects including highways and utilities, to ensure future demands by the client are met. Responsible for significant reconfiguration within the existing estate and relocation of schools and colleges within both retained and new-build facilities, ensuring that disruption is minimised and appropriate mitigation strategies are adopted.
