KA Group Consulting is a consulting firm, providing advisory services to private, civil and public sector clients, operating in the markets of South East Europe. KA Group has merged into BRULZ in 2021. KA Group Consulting has been established in 2006 and is based in Skopje, Macedonia, working in two consulting practice areas: Management Consulting and Project Development Services. Our Mission is to support our clients in reaching their business expansion and growth goals, while enabling increased efficiency and optimized performance; through provision of advisory and state-of-the-art consulting tools and techniques for client's added value and excellence; delivered from team of attuned professional consultants who continuously update their knowledge and invest in upgraded professional competences. Management Consulting practice area is mainly Strategic consulting, but also including market linkages, corporate finance services and valuations, organizational development and reaching market competitive advantages. Project Development practice area is mainly focused on project and portfolio development in the area of private sector development, innovation and SMEs support, however also including project evaluations, Feasibility studies for Public Private partnerships and Assessment and Capacity building for local and regional economic development.
