Jim utilized his claims and underwriting experience to eventually manage a $350m nationwide construction book at Argo Group where he tenured for 11 years. Jordan Marks: A graduate of the University of Michigan with over 10 years of industry experience. He started in claims at Argo building his knowledge of risk transfer, litigation, and claims management. Jordan transitioned into Underwriting, where he developed strong broker relationships, and built an impressive $120M NY construction book. His focus on risk selection is vital to strategy execution and his past involvement with claims has been instrumental in maintaining the successful performance of the book. Jessica Tanner: Studied Business Management at Bloomsburg University and has 15 years of insurance experience.
