We work with clients to help them to understand their Business and system requirements, consider alternative options for solutions, LEVEL 1 We will obtain analysis of your potential system requirements, select a shortlist of vendors, and produce a report on why we believe they represent the best fit to your business. LEVEL 2 The same as level 1, but we will also arrange an in-depth analysis of your potential system requirements and attend demonstrations, and also set up private discussions with those vendors for quotations. LEVEL 3 We will take complete control of the project. This will obviously include everything contained in levels 1 & 2. A formal document containing the response from each of the evaluations will be submitted to your senior managers. This option is applicable to companies that are unable to dedicate any time to the processes involved in selecting a new system, this level of service can be offered on a fixed fee service.
