It all started in 2001 -- clients hired us to design great brands, websites, campaigns, and mass communication. The goal on every project was not a beautiful brand or website, but a beautiful brand and website that delivered on business goals and objectives. And that was the difference that set us apart and made us who we are today. New clients usually begin by asking us to design a campaign, a new website, or maybe give them a fresh look, or branded communication... And as we dig in, we show them they need something else to meet their business goals. How does that happen? A member agency hired us to create a social media campaign to increase their engagement. Eight years later, we created that and a short list of the following: -Learning Management System to increase member engagement -Internal Collaboration Tool to increase employee engagement -Biggest Online Resource Library to increase industry engagement An outdoor museum asked us to develop and execute a public relations plan to increase visitors. Instead, we showed them they had to bring back what they had lost, which in this case, were birds. So we hired an ornithologist and created a huge campaign experiment that attracted publicity, visitors ... and birds. Mission accomplished. ;) Why does this happen? Because, we seriously love solving the hardest problems in communication, technology, design, marketing, and internal systems. We think it's fun to make labor intensive situations disappear by automating them. We get an adrenaline rush from fixing something that's never worked. We're nimble, agile, and get to stretch when confronted with uncomfortable timelines. We smirk when we hear it can't be done, and get a thrill when we do it. Here, everything is "figureaoutable."
