We operate AI-first career accelerators for justice-impacted talent (people with histories of justice system involvement, from arrests to incarceration, or those from high-crime communities). We're on a mission to create economic opportunity in artificial intelligence — and we'd love for you to join us. What We Do — We prepare justice-impacted professionals for high-demand AI careers through two specialized tracks: building AI systems (Technical Track) or leveraging AI tools professionally (Professional Track). Our programs prepare talent for roles as AI Software Engineers, AI Solutions Developers, AI Operations Specialists, and AI-Enhanced Business Analysts. We're a national program developed at Columbia University, launching our second site in Los Angeles in 2025. We deliver university-developed, AI-native training while embedding participants in leading university networks that provide job referrals, access, and ongoing mentorship for sustained career growth. Who We Are — Our mission: educate justice-impacted talent and business leaders, integrate them through mentorship, and activate networks that champion fair chance hiring in the AI economy.
