Just Saké was born out of Chris and Rex's experience with saké. Like us, most people are casual saké drinkers, drinking what is available at a restaurant. In general, you order based on a recommendation, and choosing a hot or cold type. When you come across a saké that is good, you remember where it is you drank it. Over time, we discovered the nuances of saké. Just Saké is a business focused on providing saké drinkers with access and opportunities to learn and taste saké from a diverse range of brewers in Japan. Our goal is to provide customers with some common terminology regarding saké, and then providing customers with an experience behind the saké. Ofcourse, being a member and subscribing have benefits beyond learning about saké. Our goal is to build a community of people and connect them through saké. We hope this will give the opportunity to meet new people, have a laugh, relax and chill... a virtual izakaya if you will.
