JustLaw NH, PLLC (JLNH) Founded on July 4, 2013, recognizes dramatic forces affecting the delivery of legal services and embodies a fresh, client-centric practice model. JLNH professionals draw upon their own personal expertise, as well as extensive nationwide contacts, to assure that all engagements are staffed with appropriate resources delivering services on a cost-effective basis. Generally, not more than 10 active matters are managed by any professional at any point in time, better assuring that each matter receives the attention and timely service it needs. JLNH professionals have successfully met the needs of small and growing businesses, as well as managed complex consumer litigation for individuals who have been harmed by outlier improper business practices. They have handled complex insurance regulatory matters both in NH and nationwide for carriers of all sizes and successfully managed over $3.2 billion in mergers & acquisitions transactions. JLNH has particular expertise in non-profit governance matters. Initial JLNH consultations are without charge and are intended, in addition to providing brief initial communications related to the legal topic at hand, to assess the "match" between JLNH professionals and client needs.
