Just Care Products Limited Information

Just Care Products Limited is a family business supporting independent living which has been trading since August 2011. Our showroom is based on the Spring Valley Trading Estate and we have ample free parking and easy access. Our friendly team of three who are disability awareness trained, members of the Healthcare and Assistive Technology Society and have undergone Basic Disclosure (CRB) checks offer advice and support, both in our showroom, or in our customer’s own home. The business offers practical solutions for everyday problems and we are able to provide our customers with a wide selection of products including daily living aids, mobility scooters, wheelchairs (both powered and manual), Rollators, rise recline chairs, ramps together with consumable products such as continence and hygiene. We also carry out repairs and servicing by our own service engineer, who works out of our workshop or if more convenient, will visit the customer in their own home. Just Care Products believe that we are the only members of the British Healthcare Trades Association “BHTA” on the Isle of Man which means that we have agreed to abide by its Code of Practice, which has been approved by the Trading Standards Institute. This means that our customers can expect to be treated courteously by our staff who know about the products and services we are selling and who will offer a fair and transparent terms of business. In support of the products and services we sell, we also have a website which is currently being rewritten to include guideline documents such as what to look out for when purchasing a Rise & Recliner chair or points to note when buying a mobility scooter. Indeed we have worked with Peel Police and Social Care to arrange guidelines for the safe use of Mobility Scooters. At Just Care Products we understand our customers and their needs and ensure that our customer service standards are maintained.
