Since 1995, Juran Benchmarking has helped clients to optimise the performance and competitiveness of their oil and gas assets through our global benchmarking programs. We support asset owners and operators to objectively understand their current or forecasted performance and develop actionable data-backed plans to maximise efficiency of Operational Expenditure, optimise workforce productivity and achieve continuous improvement in operational effectiveness. Based near Edinburgh, Scotland, we are a wholly owned subsidiary of Phillip Townsend Associates Incorporated (PTAI), based in Houston, Texas. Our proprietary normalisation methodology, the Juran Complexity Factor®, enables us to give truly meaningful comparisons and results across the oil & gas value chain. To help address the challenge of climate change we are now applying this methodology to assets and technologies involved in the Energy Transition, in applications such as Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions, Carbon Capture Utilisation and Storage (CCUS) and Hydrogen Production, Transmission and Storage.
