In 2009, we conceived the idea of a company in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region that would empower individuals to work together harmoniously and become inspirational leaders. We recognized the need and, drawing upon our diverse backgrounds, cross-cultural experience, and shared passion, JET was born. Since then, we have crafted experiential programs that offer hands-on learning, self-discovery, transparent communication, and effective teamwork. Our purpose is simple yet impactful: to enhance every team member, unlock team intelligence, and ultimately elevate the organization itself. With a larger team and many years of experience, we continue to guide people toward growth and success.
