Juno Beach Cafe Information

Hello, and Welcome! We are honored you chose Juno Beach Café! If youre new to JBC, I want to introduce my family to you! My parents, Don and Mary Ann began this amazing business, Juno Beach Cafe, in 1998 after owning Ganims Kountry Kitchen in Key Largo since 1989. My older sister is Christine, and she is married to Juan. They own a lawn service business in the Keys, and they have two daughters, Angelica, a freshman who is killing it at Santa Fe State College, and Diana, who is dual-enrolled and will graduate in June. Stephanie is my younger sister (yup, Im in the middle!). She is a schoolteacher, also living in the Keys. Jake, her oldest, is rocking Auburn University, Zack is a senior in high school visiting colleges, and Luke is moving through high school with ease! As I said, I, Terri, am the middle child and manage the day-to day-operations of JBC. My husband, Keith, and I have two young children, Jack and Olivia, who also work at the restaurant when they want to. Uncle Eddie was my dads uncle, my great uncle, who owned eight pancake houses in and around Great Falls, Montana, in the 1950s and sixties. Many summers, my dad would visit Uncle Eddie and began learning the restaurant business. Uncle Eddie would let my dad mix the pancake batter, but only Uncle Eddie would prepare the secret ingredients he called the dynamite. Years after Uncle Eddies passing, my dad acquired his famous pancake recipe, and JBC continues to honor him by proudly serving his 65-year-old pancake recipe, affectionately known as UEPs! We have been so blessed, and God continues those blessings on us every day. We are grateful for all our guests who have been with us for many years, those guests whom we meet daily, and greatly miss those who have gone before us.
