Junior Management Science (JUMS) is the first and only academic journal for theses in business administration. 80 professors from 57 universities support JUMS on its Advisory Editorial Board. Students can submit their theses free of charge and in just a few clicks at www.jums.academy/submit. They do not need to rewrite their thesis - they can submit it in exactly the same way as they submit it to their university. After an initial review by our departmental editors, the papers undergo a double-blind peer review process: two subject-specific academics ("peers") evaluate the anonymised ("blind") papers independently of each other.
