Junge Control provides solutions that aid in the automated blending of biodiesel, ag chemicals, dry and liquid fertilizer, and much more! Our automated products eliminate employee guesswork, transfers data to accounting, and have employee accountability features. As proven leaders in plant automation, we have been copied but never duplicated! We go beyond automation, with just the right mix of hardware and software to run a plant efficiently. Junge Control's products address seven markets: Aerial, Ag Input, Fuel, Feed, Chemical, OEM, and Specialty. Throughout the first 31 years, Junge Control, Inc. has continuously invented new products and updated their existing products. In 1984, the Chem Way System was invented and changed the way the industry measured bulk chemicals. This system accurately measures liquids by weight, compensating for changing product density. By utilizing a single scale system, as many as twenty-five products can be sequentially dispensed with precision. Some of the new products that have been introduced over recent years are: NH3 Express Loader, Departure Link - Aerial Automated Blending System, Fuel Manager, Bio Blender, Junge Injector, Multiple Range Scales, Round the Clock Assistant, and Portable Blending Systems. Many of Junge Control's products are now even easier to use with touch screens. Since Dave and Mary Junge opened their business in 1979, they have been listening to their customers' wants and needs. No project is too big or small. Junge Control, Inc. has fifteen employees who focus solely on the automated blending systems industry. This is unlike any other company in the industry. Also, unusual is that approximately half of the employees are former customers of Junge Control. Junge Control, Inc. plans to continue to grow with the automated blending systems industry for years to come by listening to their customers' needs and employing people that care about these needs.
