A new concept providing project management skills to those wishing to design their own interiors rather than hire an Interior Designer. We help you enjoy your design experience. Jujesca’s initial 1 hour meeting to discuss your Interior Project Management requirements is free of charge. We will run through what your ideas are and review what level of support you require. Areas of project management offered Planning Stage: reviewing & building your budget document, ordering samples, arranging quotes, creating your build / interior fit out schedule, creating floor plans and 3D renders, identify where lighting, power sockets and AV terminals are required. Create paint and flooring specfications. Build Stage (First and second Fix): Using our ‘schedule of works’ we can liaise and coordinate timings for lighting and sanitary deliveries; meet deliveries, check deliveries are correct prior to requirement, create furniture specifications for bespoke items being made. Installation: Managing movement of your existing furnishings as well as the delivery of ordered items. Checking deliveries for damage. Unpackaging and placing of furnishings and accessories.
