JTS will make and fill cushions to your exact requirements, here in the UK. We manufacture both polyester and feather filled inners, as well as being vertical in polystyrene bead processing. We produce the following every 8 hours: ➢ 22,000 fibre-filled cushions ➢ 3,000 to 4,000 bean bags ➢ 4,000 to 5,000 feather pads We are also able to offer a filling service, structured to take in shipments of covers, which are stored, warehoused and filled to order. Our manufacturing and supply chain model delivers maximum efficiency by minimizing variables, with less handling of stock and reduced lead times.
