JSF provides specialist and impartial property advice to occupiers who have, or are looking for office space in Birmingham and the wider Midlands region. The JSF team also has extensive experience of UK markets and is well placed to advise upon and manage projects throughout the country. We have a track record of delivering cost effective and creative solutions for our clients. Our team works on a wide range of client projects and delivers a range of consultative services from single acquisition or disposals, through to complete multi-location real estate strategies. We offer a consultancy driven approach to commercial property issues. We are not agents or brokers driven by transactions. This approach leads to clearer, objective advice and the delivery of practical, workable solutions. Very few commercial real estate professionals exclusively represent occupiers. JSF acts only for occupiers and as such, we do not face the potential conflicts of interest so often encountered by the traditional surveying / real estate practices, who tend to also act for Landlords and Developers. We believe this focus ensures delivery of a totally transparent service and ensures our clients’ best interests are served.
