JPSFA is committed to protecting and enhancing the welfare of her member companies by: Maintaining a close relationship with the port terminal operators to enhance cooperation for the growth of the shipping and forwarding industry. Representing her members in various meetings, dialogues and discussions with parties such as, Johor Port Authority, Customs, Maritime Department, Ministry of Trade and Industry and other related government agencies and keeping members updated on any developments at all times. Organizing social activities/events such as Charity Golf Tournament, Inter-Games etc to meet social obligations as well as to foster closer ties with members and working partners. Instituting and upgrading member companies's staff through training courses such as Kurses Ejen Kastam and Executive Diploma courses which are offered by Universiti Utara Malaysia. Providing a platform for member companies via her website for interaction and networking. JPSFA has come a long way in terms of its presence and will continue to forge ahead with the ongoing enthusiasm and undivided support from her current and new members. The Association is committed to improving and upgrading the professionalism of the members it represents.
