We serve the interests of our member countries and their ocean-related political priorities, whilst maintaining agile governance and streamlined operations that enable a dynamic agenda of impactful activities. Our newly published Strategy Framework 2026-30 sets out the strategic cornerstones and thematic scope for the next five years.
