Founded by Jaci and Phil Ely. JP&Co. provides strategic, media and operational support for advertising agencies of any kind that need some extra firepower, have a resource gap to fill or need a fresh perspective to help grow their business. We also work directly with marketers to solve strategic marketing communications and media challenges, improve the effectiveness of their media activities and help train their team members in the craft of executing media and/or working more effectively with their agency partners. We are a Herman Certified Practitioner, incorporating these principles into our professional development and team coaching. We provide HBDI profiling for both individuals and teams as a stand alone exercise or as part of a broader coaching program. Based on the North Coast of NSW, we strongly believe in the advantages of working remotely for businesses and team members. We've developed a long track record of delivering output and client service of the highest quality from our little office in the country. We've also mastered the craft of integrating seamlessly with internal teams on the day to day workloads of agency operations. In this capacity we can offer cost savings compared to other city based solutions with higher cost bases and bring the energy of the fresh air and no traffic every day.
