I am a parent coach and Positive Discipline Trainer supporting parents in navigating the wild terrain of the teen years. When Im not creating podcasts, running my membership or working one on one with clients, you might find me day tripping on my stand up paddleboard, burning up the dancefloor, or obsessing on my own personal growth. I am also IN THE TRENCHES parenting two teenagers. I. GET. THE. STRUGGLE. Parenting through the teen years is messy, isnt it? The self doubt and fear is always right there - the wanting to know, to really know, that we are doing the right thing. And it feels. so.. uncomfortable. Maybe this is what you expected.
