What is JoyForMe? Affordable coaching, community-based retreats, and practical resources for those who give so much — at work and in life. Why we exist? We reduce burnout and strengthen communities by making holistic wellness affordable, accessible, and interconnected. The heart of our community—caregivers, educators, and professionals who put everyone else first—carry much of this ongoing strain. They give endlessly, often at the expense of their own well-being. When they thrive—not just survive—they become bridges to self-care, resilience, and healing for the whole community, creating a ripple across Northwest Arkansas. That's why JoyForMe was created: to build resilience and strength by supporting those who support us all. How we help?
